We are an NGO (non-governmental organization) based in Bagamoyo, Tanzania, East Africa. We have founded a small home for orphaned and vulnerable children to provide interim care, in the hope that foster or adoptive care can be found. We also run a breakfast program that serves all those with HIV/AIDS currently receiving medication in our town. We serve over 1600 breakfasts per month, and conduct general outreach work in the local community. For HIV+ children, we host a support group called Stronger Together. In 2012, we founded an English-medium primary school for bright children from poor families. Steven Tito Academy offers safe, quality education in order to provide Tanzanian children with a chance for a better future.
